You lose your liner
Contact your point of sale or contact us via the form.
We can remanufacture a certain lining for a part of our equipment, at a price of £44 inc. tax.
You just have to send us the model and the size of your jacket. We will then be able to send you the different possibilities that are offered to you.
A snap breaks
To get a new snap, you must send us a request by email via our contact form, and attach a picture of your equipment showing the place where the snap is missing, and your postal address.
You WISH to repair
You want to refresh your equipment, or you have had a fall and want to repair your Furygan product.
I think that my equipment
has a defect
Furygan products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. The receipt is the proof of purchase, remember to keep it!
If you notice a problem with your purchase that could be covered by our warranty policy, you must return to your point of sale. They will proceed to an initial examination and will contact our after-sales service for the rest of the procedure if they consider it necessary.
